Confidence Starts with Clarity: Spanish Translations of OREF Forms

If you are working with a client who primarily speaks Spanish, it may be helpful to know that OREF has translated all Residential forms into Spanish. These translations are available on our website at www.orefonline.com under the Resources link. Please note that the Spanish forms are provided for informational purposes only. They are not fillable or intended to replace the official documents. Instead, they can be shared with Spanish-speaking clients so they can review the terms, better understand the transaction, and feel more comfortable signing the English versions. When preparing offers and completing transactions, you will still use the standard English forms available through our platform providers.  

All comments and responses from OREF or its staff, managers, and volunteers are non-legal opinions made for general purposes. Each Forms subscriber must rely solely upon their Principal broker or personal legal counsel for specific advice and instruction. You and your client should independently confirm that the Form(s) you use are legally suitable for the purposes intended and that they are current with respect to all laws and regulations.
