Why Dates Were Removed from Initial Lines in the 2026 OREF Forms

 Starting with the January 2026 release, the date field has been removed from the initial areas at the bottom of all OREF Residential forms. This update allows more space for initials, since forms may now include up to four signers who are required to initial. Dates are not required next to initials contractually, but having them next to signatures is a best practice.
