The OREF Standard Library subscription includes access to all OREF Libraries:

  • Spanish 

Note: OREF forms are available for purchase only by licensed real estate agents or attorneys in the state of Oregon.

In addition to access to the libraries, all OREF subscribers receive free access to SkySlope Forms, DigiSign, and SkySlope Breeze. If you would like more information regarding free access to SkySlope, please reach out to OREF Customer Service.

If you recently purchased your OREF subscription and still do not have access to your forms, make sure you activate your subscription on your preferred platform. 

If you are still unable to access forms, please contact OREF Customer Service for assistance.

Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

Other than for the exceptions stated below, OREF does not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for its annual forms subscriptions.

The exceptions to the above policy are:

  • If you inadvertently purchase a duplicate forms subscription and contact us for a refund within 90 days after your purchase of the duplicate subscription, OREF will provide you with a refund for your duplicate subscription.
  • If you inadvertently purchase a duplicate forms subscription and contact us for a refund 90 or more days, but less than 180 days, after your purchase of the duplicate subscription, OREF will provide you with a credit you can use for your next annual forms subscription.

All requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@orefonline.com or through our website at www.orefonline.com/oref-subsciber-support.  Proof of payment for both forms of subscriptions must be attached to any refund request.
