Recent publications and news from around the country regarding the Lone Wolf / zipForms benefit through NAR have sparked numerous questions and concerns for OREF subscribers. At OREF we want to reassure you that we are and will continue to be more accessible than ever, including on Lone Wolf platforms such as zipForm edition and Transaction Desk.
Beginning January 2022 Lone Wolf’s zipForm edition will no longer be free to NAR members. This means that current users of Lone Wolf’s zipForm edition will be charged directly for the platform use.

Yes. Lone Wolf is still authorized to host the OREF library. If you have a current OREF subscription, you will be able to access and use the forms through Lone Wolf programs including Transaction Desk and zipForm editions.
When you purchase your Oregon transaction forms through Oregon Real Estate Forms, you are purchasing an individual digital license to use those forms. Your OREF subscription allows you to use the OREF library in any of the third-party transaction management platforms authorized to host our documents. OREF partners with a variety of platforms, including Lone Wolf, SkySlope, and Form Simplicity, to ensure that our subscribers have a selection of tools and resources to use their licensed documents in the way that best suites individual business needs.
No. Your subscription to the OREF library is an annual digital license to use the transaction documents through the third-party software. Your subscription is paid through orefonline.com separately from any platform or software costs.
Each independtly owned and operated software company sets the price for their products and services. Beginning January 2022, NAR is no longer offering Lone Wolf zipForm edition as a member benefit. Therefore, current zipForm users will be charged directly by Lone Wolf for the use of the zipForm platform.
No. OREF will continue to partner with a variety of transaction platforms including Lone Wolf, SkySlope, Form Simplicity, and (coming soon) Docusign Transaction Rooms.
In September 2021, OREF partnered with SkySlope to offer the SkySlope Forms platform as a free benefit for OREF subscribers. The benefit is an option provided by OREF to ensure that all subscribers have access to use their transaction documents without added software cost.
