OREF 052 + C-565 – Buyer Representation Agreement – Nonexclusive

OREF offers nonexclusive versions of the Buyer Representation Agreement (OREF 052 for residential and OREF C-565 for commercial transactions). It’s a practical option that provides structure, transparency, and security, without limiting the buyer’s choices.
