Documenting Delivery with OREF 059 – Delivery Addendum

OREF 059 – Delivery Addendum can be used to document delivery of any document or item required to be delivered in a sale agreement.  This could include such things as keys for early occupancy, a list of smart home features, or a copy of a certificate of insurance as part of an agreement to occupy. 

All comments and responses from OREF or its staff, managers, and volunteers are non-legal opinions made for general purposes.
