Offer Package: Send Only What the Seller Needs

As a buyer’s agent preparing to submit an offer, remember that not every document shared with or signed by your buyer needs to be included in the offer package to the seller. Documents such as the Buyer Representation Agreement, Disclosed Limited Agency Agreement, and signed Advisories are not intended to be sent to the seller. Including them can create confusion and unnecessarily increase the size of your submission.

All comments and responses from OREF or its staff, managers, and volunteers are non-legal opinions made for general purposes. Each Forms subscriber must rely solely upon their Principal broker or personal legal counsel for specific advice and instruction. You and your client should independently confirm that the Form(s) you use are legally suitable for the purposes intended and that they are current with respect to all laws and regulations.
