We have just released an updated Short Sale Addendum. Section 1 was streamlined and simplified by taking away the detailed list of possible events to satisfy contingency and has added stipulation that all parties will cooperate in signing documents required to get refunds of any deposits. New OREF Online Forms Feature - Personal Clause Library

The Clause Library is a new feature that will provide easier and more consistent use of adding regularly used clauses to your forms. You can save clauses either by selecting them from a form that is open or typing them directly into your personal library. Inserting a clause is easily done by selecting it from your library on the Online Forms toolbar in Word. For more information, please read our latest press release.
