Introducing the New Executive Officer of OREF Melissa Peterson

Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC (OREF) is proud to announce that Melissa Peterson has been appointed as Executive Officer. A hardworking problem solver with substantial sales, technology, project management, and customer service experience in the real estate industry, Peterson assumed her new responsibilities in late June.

During her 12 years with The Hasson Company, the tech savvy Peterson led teams to develop impactful solutions for practical business practices and emerging needs. She identified the need for brokers to have technology and marketing support, and subsequently developed, launched, and ran a new Agent Services department that drastically increased broker adoption of technology tools.

“It was immediately clear that Melissa was the right fit for our company,” said Richard Caplan, Chair of the OREF Board of Managers. “She has a complete understanding of the needs of REALTORS®, along with an impressive vision for how to grow and deliver the value of OREF services.”
