Lone Wolf Transactions

Lone Wolf Transactions (previously known as zipForms Plus) is an OREF licensed hosting platform. This is one of the more popular options for managing transactions/documentation, as Lone Wolf Transactions is a NAR benefit (as of June 2020).

Dotloop

Dotloop is another OREF licensed real estate transaction management solution. Dotloop (owned by Zillow) provides eSignatures, forms, sharing, text tracking, storage and more.

Redfin

Redfin is an OREF licensed real estate brokerage. Due to their unique operating style and how they utilize forms, they are independently licensed with Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC to host and utilize our forms for their agents.
