April Form of the Month: OREF-101 & C555 – Offer Summary

The property buying and selling process is not short on paperwork. With such a high volume of information involved, sometimes you need to be able to reference a quick summary. Seller’s Agents can use OREF 101 – Offer Summary, or C-555 in our Commercial Library, to provide a quick overview of each offer in a multiple-offer scenario. Buyer’s Agents can use the summary to give the Seller’s Agent an economy-sized overview of the particular deal terms. It’s a time saver and a win-win for both sides.
