August 2023 Form Of The Month – OREF 109/110 Notice from Buyer to Seller & Notice from Seller to Buyer



Sometimes certain conditions arise — failure of financing contingency; objections to title; etc. — and buyers or sellers need to notify the other party of these conditions in writing. In such cases, Form 109/110 is your best tool. The best part? You can use this form to send multiple notices during a transaction.
